四阿含

The four Agamas [lang id =1028]四阿笈摩, or divisions of the Hīnayāna scriptures: [lang id =1028]長阿含 dīrghāgamas, 'long' works, cosmological; [lang id =1028]中阿含 madhyamāgamas, metaphysical; [lang id =1028]雜阿含 saṃyuktāgamas, general, on (sa) dhyāna, trance, etc.; [lang id =1028]增一阿含 ekottarikāgamas, numerically arranged subjects.
